Can individuals place orders if they’re not part of the fundraiser?
Yes! You can purchase our sheets even if you’re not part of a fundraiser. Enter the code Giving at checkout to have a portion of your purchase donated to one of our amazing nonprofit partners or organizations.
How do I inquire about starting a fundraiser with CoZzzy Comfy?
Visit the Contact Us page and complete the form. Select “Start a New Fundraiser” as your subject line, and we’ll be in touch shortly.
What are your average shipping times?
- Direct Shipped Orders: Typically shipped within 5 business days of purchase.
- Indirect Orders: Arrive within 2 weeks after the fundraiser's end date.
- Manual Order Forms (Indirect): Ship within 3 weeks after the fundraiser's end date.
What is the minimum order required to start a fundraiser?
We don’t have a minimum order requirement, making it simple for groups of all sizes to participate.
Are there any upfront costs to start a fundraiser?
No! There are no upfront costs, and many of our options cost absolutely nothing to run.
How long does a typical fundraiser last?
We recommend running your fundraiser for 2 to 3 weeks, as groups that achieve the best results often follow this timeline.
What does a dedicated account manager help with?
Your dedicated account manager will guide you through every step of your fundraiser, including:

We want you to feel great about your purchase, so we have you covered.
Got a defect? If your sheets arrive with a manufacturing defect, just reach out within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right at no charge.
Changed your mind? If you have not opened your sheets yet, we are happy to help you with a return within 30 days of delivery.
Fundraiser still going: You will receive a full refund of $50 per set.
Fundraiser already closed: You will receive a refund of $38 per set. The $12 difference was already donated to the group on your behalf when your order was placed.
