Shipping policy

Home delivery: Orders ship straight to your door within a few business days of purchase. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Group pickup: If your group offers pickup, you can choose it at checkout for free. Pickup orders ship together to your group, sorted by name, about 2 to 3 weeks after the fundraiser ends. Your group will let you know when and where to pick up.

Damaged or missing orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email support@cozzzycomfy.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Address changes: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us right away. Once an order ships, we can't change the address.
